three internet trends i will (regrettably) probably never grow out of:

• typing in a cresCENDO TO EXPRESS EXCITEMENT
• …………..unnecessarily……. long……….. ellipsis’
• puttinfh a typo in eveyr other word to shwo u dont really give a fukc but u actually do

  • also unnecessary!!!! punctuation marks??????? like…… ??? what is going on here????? i!! am!!! so!!! excited!!!!
  • and™ totally™ unneeded™ trademark symbols™

personally I enjoy Random Capitalisation to show things are Very Important

  • can we also talk about starting a sentence and then kind of just

stating something reblog if you agree

dude this isn’t even a collection of memes, this is a demonstration of internet grammar… anyone who says that when you type and communicate on the internet you lose too much inflection to get the real meaning just doesn’t understand internet syntax. the evolution of language in action.

the Rosetta Stone of the twenty first century

Also 🙂 doing 🙂 this 🙂 to express 🙂 bottled 🙂 pain 🙂

or,,,,,using commas,,,,,, for elipsis’ ,,,, bc,,, it sounds better,,, in your head,,,, than periods,,,,,,,

pu t ting sp a ces in your wor ds at r and om time s because w hat the fu ck

Is it just me, or did anyone else read all of these with different tones of voice, volume, and inflection?

Don’t forget the B I G S P A C E S F O R E M P H A S I S

YASS LITERALLY ALL OF US ALL THE TIME

I love how I can hear all of these. It really shows how internet linguistics developed to compensate for the nuances of communication you lose when you’re speaking over text instead of face-to-face.

I do all of these and sometimes I use them all in one sentence

Or, maybe all of this is a way to help express our emotions cause we can’t really post our faces 24/7 of every day?

But fuck me if I am not allowed to be creative with language and make it so that text actually LOOKS like it has expression, MY expression, so that people get a close approximate of how I’m feeling…

Nope. Guess not. (._. )

Anyone know any fun road trip games?

my sisters & i usually pass the time by coming up with really detailed plans on how to hypothetically murder the people in our lives. whether we hate the person or not. parents, family members, friends, dates, acquaintances, each other–everyone’s fair game.

we decided for dad we’d probably stage a motorcycle wreck. we were leaning towards car wreck but then mom pointed out motorcycle accident made more sense. less forensic evidence & motorcycle deaths are more common. yeah.

you have to come up with a realistic, well-thought out method of murder & of covering your tracks. if you have to hide the body, you need to have a specific location & means of transportation/concealment in mind. you also need to have a plan for dealing with any DNA, forensic evidence you might have left behind. plus contingency plans for common scenarios (you get stopped by cops, etc). also, you need a cover story & alibi. then you take turns playing police officers, interrogating each other to see if your stories hold up.

it gets dark pretty fast

“I spent months looking for you! MONTHS, you jackass! Vivi can’t even remember you! So this whole roadtrip? My idea! My attempt to find you! Because god knows no one else was even TRYING!”

Wait… Vivi can’t-

No, she can’t. So GREAT JOB, Einstien! NOW SHE’S COMPLETELY ALONE!”

Based on this amazing, very emotional audio by @pmseymourva . Initially, I was gonna draw Arthur in his skeletal ghost form, but intense emotions are a lot easier to pull off on humans, so I went for normal Arthur with the black eyes instead lol.

livebloggingmydescentintomadness:

some people who are ill and/or disabled CANNOT DO WHATEVER THEY SET THEIR MIND ON! some people are LIMITED by their bodies and their health and they are UNABLE to “"just choose”“ to do something! you can’t STOP being disabled by DECIDING to have a ”“good attitude”“! I am PREVENTED from doing whatever I want because I am D I S A B L E D!!

I would super appreciate it if healthy/abled people reblogged this post, because when people say these things it is so harmful to disabled, chronically ill, and mentally ill people

also! saying “I can’t do this because im disabled” is NOT “negative self-talk” or a “bad attitude”!!

Just like you saying, “I cannot fly because i don’t have functional wings or teleporation abilities” is not negative self talk.
Me saying “I cannot run because i don’t have functional hip, knee and ankle joints or a heart that like cardio at all” is not negative self talk

This includes mental illness too.

Mental illness can be just as disabling as a physical disability.

all it takes to be a ‘real writer’ is having written a single word outside of having to write for something like work or school. You do not need a degree, you do not need to have x many words written. you do not need to be published. all you gotta do, is love writing. remember that.
