I had a look around Gay’s The Word today, which I’ve read is, sadly, the only surviving LGBTQIA+ bookshop in the UK. It was great being around so many fiction and non-fiction queer books all in one place and I discovered so many I want to read! And it didn’t just have gay, lesbian and bi reads, but also sections for other sexualties like asexuality and ace 🏳️🌈
i’ve read autoboyography and i can say the story is just as beautiful and amazing as the cover
when i was younger i had a really bad fear of danny devito when i was going to sleep so my older brother gave me a watch that he set to like 8 hours ahead so that it was always daytime on the watch when i was asleep and he told me it would confuse danny devito and he would think it was daytime and get scared of the sun and leave me alone
I FOUND IT. THE POST I HAD ONLY SEEN IN SCREENSHOTS!
if you want to ask a bisexual or asexual person about their sexual history to verify that they’re queer, but you don’t want them to take it the wrong way, try this useful communication technique:
give them twenty dollars and go away.
As a bi person, I can attest to the beneficiality of this method.
As an ace i second that^
if twenty dollars doesn’t work for you then forty dollars is also fine
I’ve heard that some Aces like myself are also willing to take fifty or even one hundred dollars so don’t be afraid if you need to go higher.
