I don’t really think I’m that good at anatomy (or females) but this is quite a popular request so… I’m making a tutorial, and this is the part to show you what NOT to do with your fellow humans. More coming… eventually.
I suck at breast variations, but I try; see this page for awesome references: x
It’s been three years and I’ve seen this be shared with both drama and humour added. Now, I’d like to add one more that connects to the last image, since many had questions about it:
This is a common error to make, and I’m pretty certain I’ve made them myself in the past. That’s because hips and thighs are tricky because on a quick glance they look different from how they really work. Take this image for reference, and note how the curves adjusts to the position of the bones.
Don’t take them off when you immediately see it. Wait until you get to a
different destination bc they’re trying to distract you by getting it
off then abducting you. Same thing goes if you find something on your
windshield, it’s a distraction so they have time to get you.
I had no idea giant porcupines made fucking precious sounds
THAT’S THE SOUND IT MAKES!?!?!?
UN-BE-FUCKING-LIEVABLE
We got asked if this is cute and okay. I can very happily say yes, this is stupid cute and those are happy porcupine noises.
One of my favorite things about doing zoo work was all the noises you never realize the animals make when they’re excited or interested in a new thing. Coatimundis squeak and snuffle, and giant porcupines make that sound.
Omgggg the sounds.
Teddy is back on my dash and all is right with the world
You ever as an author want to choke somebody when someone critiquing your story is like “Did you realize a b and c were there?” and you’re like “I did a b and c on purpose! That’s actually the point! It’s really important to the story actually!”
*bangs head on the desk repeatedly*
Fellow student: I didn’t like that the word “they” was used so much. It was distracting.
Me: *eye twitching slightly* The main character is genderless.
Other student: The ending was super unclear. Was he imagining this stuff or was it real?
Me: *taking deep breaths* That was on purpose. This was literally a story about uncertainty within the human mind. The ending is like that on purpose.
Yet another fellow student: Why was the hair brought up so much?
Me: It’s symbolism, Susan.
“The character, the f*ck, is they”
Sorry I had to
IT TOOK ME LIKE TWO MINUTES TO REALIZE THAT ICONIC LINE WAS ORGINALLY WRITTEN BY THOMAS IRL
