Context: This Jackass (my Father) is beating up my little sister (age:10) for hitting her sister (slap on the arm) and refusing to eat dinner, which is quite a minor issue. What he’s beating her up with is a METAL BROOM to the SPINE/BACK. The rest is what you can see here.

This same punishment like these has been going on for years. I can’t take it anymore. The police isn’t doing anything. I don’t have accurate contact of the nearest child services. I have no nearby relatives; I’ve been forcefully moved states away from them. I haven’t gotten the school to help because there’s no one trustworthy yet. PLEASE HELP.
