I needed some fluff. So. Hogwarts Animagus AU.

Fairly sure that Roman & Patton are gonna be chaos twins, and Logan only encourages their ideas by explaining how to do things they shouldn’t do in LENGTH. Virgil is the only voice of reason. And Patton’s allergic to him half the time.

They decided to be Animagi because they’re all in different houses and Technically, Virgil shouldn’t be there. (Sushhhh, he’s got a few things going for him so no one’s noticed yet.) Patton and Roman thought convincing Virge to be an Animagius with them would make it easier for them to avoid having people notice the extra student. (but Roman would never admit it, he says it’s just because he wanted to.)

They met Logan after Virgil and, kinda assumed he would tell on them until he recognized why Patton had a mandrake in his mouth. Turned out, Logan was chill.

IDK if dragons can be an Animagus form, but, fudge cannon, Roman’s extra and deserves to be a tinnie tiny dragon baby. 

Bonus:

(Virgil is actually just a runaway half-Veela who decided to use Hogwarts as home base. aka- plot point so he doesn’t get sorted…)

Does Logan become an animagus eventually? Or maybe it could turn out to be a situation similar to the Marauders with Logan being a werewolf? I just really love this idea and wanna know what the situation with my logical son is.

I was actually considering this also.

Of the animals I thought Logan was most likely to be it was these (all of these have the connotations of being wize, obviously): Raven (also has the connotation of a teacher, along with protection &/or omen-I have a particular attachment to this one-), Owl, or Elephant.

I also considered: Spider (creativity -Lo is creative in his own way-, weaver of webs-of fate/truths/patterns/life/ect -yes this would be soooo mean because of Patton’s fear of spiders and Patton’s already allergic to Virgil….but I enjoy the connections-) and Bear (introspection/solitude, defense/revenge, ‘intuitions married with instinct’, parental)

However, in the end, I don’t see him being an Animagus. He might like talking to his Animagus friends, learning what it’s like from their accounts, he’d be a very curious child, however, he doesn’t particularly strike me as one to want to be one? IDK why? He’d likely find a less complicated way of sneaking around w/ his troublemaker friends.

I do actually see him as being a werewolf however.
