So like a few months ago I started having the worst chest pains I’ve ever felt and I went into urgent care and they told me to go to the hospital

And then at the hospital they kinda scolded me like “well you would KNOW if you were having a heart attack” like making me feel bad for coming in even though I didn’t even go to the ER first

I feel like if I ever do actually have a heart attack I’m gonna not get help because I’ll think it’s nothing

Also like my limbs keep going numb and my resting heart rate is waaay higher than it should be but they couldn’t find anything actually wrong with me when I went to the hospital like what the heck is happening to me
