Of course I do! I see much more than people think and I really am listening and trying my best to do right by the community and this channel as a whole. Sometimes things don’t go the way people want them to and I get that it’s upsetting and hard to deal with. Believe me I really do care and even though I might not speak up about it immediately or at all, doesn’t mean I’m not trying to make things the best they can be behind the scenes. 

Whether it be ticket prices, selling out, locations and even shipping costs on the merch. I’m really doing the best I can, a lot of it is just out of my hands. Sometimes compromises are made to do cool things but I ALWAYS have you guys’ best interests at heart even if sometimes it doesn’t seem like it
