Can someone explain the hashtags?

“It’s coming home” refers to the phrase the English would use about the World Cup trophy, meaning that the trophy is going to come “home” aka they’ll win.

“He’s coming home” refers to the men who go watch the games at pubs/friends houses/generally Out so once the team has lost, he’ll be coming home & probably ready to hit something.
